1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", "You") and ckb666 ("ckb666", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at ckb666.org ("Platform"). By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using the Platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

2. Eligibility and Registration

To register and maintain an active account on ckb666, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. ckb666 strictly prohibits access by persons under the age of 21.
• You are registering as an individual person in your own name, not as a company, organisation, or on behalf of any other person.
• You are not aware of any legal restriction in your jurisdiction that would prohibit or restrict your use of online gaming or betting services.
• You are registering voluntarily and with the intent to use the Platform for entertainment and recreational gaming purposes only.
• You have not previously been excluded from ckb666 or had a ckb666 account closed by ckb666 for a violation of these Terms.
• You do not currently hold another active account on the ckb666 platform.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. ckb666 reserves the right to request documentary verification of your identity, age, and payment details at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by ckb666 may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

3. Account Management and Security

Each Member is permitted to hold one and only one registered account on ckb666. If ckb666 identifies that a Member has opened multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — ckb666 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void all associated bets and transactions, and forfeit all balances held across those accounts.

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account. You must keep your ckb666 Login credentials, including your username and password, strictly confidential. You must not share your login details with any third party, allow any other person to use your account, or permit access to your account from shared or public devices without logging out after each session.

You must notify ckb666 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. ckb666 accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access where you have failed to safeguard your login credentials.

ckb666 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion if it suspects fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, collusion, match-fixing involvement, or any other activity that violates these Terms or applicable law.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

ckb666 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Bangladeshi players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and other bank transfer options as displayed on the Platform at the time of transaction. All financial transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotion.
• Deposits are credited to your ckb666 account balance upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider.
• ckb666 does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. The payment account used for deposits must be registered in your own name.
• ckb666 reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit that it suspects originates from fraudulent, illegal, or improperly authorised activity.

4.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 unless otherwise stated.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as your ckb666 account. No exceptions are made to this rule.
• ckb666 aims to process withdrawal requests promptly. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method, account verification status, and transaction volume at the time of the request.
• ckb666 reserves the right to request additional identity and payment verification documents before approving any withdrawal request, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals above specified thresholds.
• Withdrawals of funds that were deposited but never wagered may be subject to an administrative review. ckb666 reserves the right to deduct applicable payment processing fees from such withdrawals at its discretion.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

ckb666 offers various promotional bonuses to its members, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and other occasions relevant to the Bangladesh market. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and wagering requirements, which are published alongside the relevant offer on the Platform.

• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games will be specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Systematic or professional exploitation of bonus structures — including the use of betting strategies designed to guarantee extraction of bonus value with minimal risk — constitutes bonus abuse and is prohibited.
• ckb666 reserves the right to cancel any bonus, void associated winnings, and close the relevant account if bonus abuse is detected.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the wagering requirements process.
• ckb666 may modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on ckb666 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game, sport, or event. In the case of any discrepancy between the general terms set out here and the specific rules of a game or market, the specific rules shall prevail.

• All bets are final once confirmed. ckb666 will not accept requests to cancel, amend, or reverse confirmed bets except in the specific circumstances set out in the relevant game or sport rules (for example, event cancellation or match abandonment).
• In the event of a technical malfunction, systems error, or communication failure that affects the integrity of a bet or game outcome, ckb666 reserves the right to declare the relevant bets void and refund the original stake to the Member's account balance.
• ckb666 uses certified random number generator (RNG) technology for all virtual casino games. Live casino games are conducted by human dealers in real time and broadcast via secure video stream.
• Any winnings resulting from a game error, software bug, or display malfunction will not be considered valid and will not be paid out. ckb666 will refund the relevant stake and correct the account balance as appropriate.
• ckb666 reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits and maximum payout limits on any game, market, or Member account at its sole discretion.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ckb666 platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Accessing or attempting to access the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Opening multiple accounts (whether under the same or different identity details) for the purpose of circumventing restrictions or claiming multiple bonuses.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to access or interact with the Platform in an unauthorised manner.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, coordinating bets to manipulate outcomes, or participating in any form of match-fixing or event manipulation.
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities, software bugs, or errors in the Platform for financial gain.
• Using the Platform in connection with any activity that may constitute money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime under applicable law.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ckb666 staff or other members of the Platform community through any communication channel.

8. Responsible Gaming

ckb666 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire player base. We believe that gambling should remain a form of entertainment and that no player should experience financial or personal harm as a result of their use of the Platform.

ckb666 provides every registered member with access to the following responsible gaming tools, available directly within the account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit to your account.
• Session Time Limits: Configure reminders and automatic session endings after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (from 24 hours up to 6 weeks) without permanent closure.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months.

9. Intellectual Property

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, licence, or interest in any of the above materials beyond the limited right to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform or its content without the express prior written consent of ckb666.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ckb666 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or anticipated savings resulting from technical errors, system downtime, or third-party failures beyond ckb666's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials.
• Interruptions to the availability of the Platform caused by maintenance, infrastructure upgrades, or events outside ckb666's control including internet service disruptions in Bangladesh.
• The conduct, content, or accuracy of third-party game providers, payment providers, or data feed suppliers whose services are integrated into the Platform.

In all cases, ckb666's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

ckb666 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and should be read alongside them. By registering on ckb666, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ckb666 uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the Platform. Your payment details and personal identification documents are stored securely and accessed only by authorised personnel for the purposes of account verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.

12. Amendments to These Terms

ckb666 reserves the right to amend, update, supplement, or replace these Terms at any time and for any reason, including changes to applicable laws, changes to the Platform's product offering, or operational adjustments. 13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the terms agreed at the time of account registration. ckb666 will make reasonable efforts to resolve any dispute with a Member through its customer support channels before any further action is considered.

In the event of any dispute regarding the outcome of a game, bet, or transaction, the records held by ckb666's server logs shall be the definitive reference. ckb666's decision on all operational and rule-based disputes, once communicated to the Member, is final and binding.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining Terms and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the specific rules applicable to individual games, promotions, and betting markets, constitute the entire agreement between you and ckb666 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings of any nature between the parties relating to the same subject matter.
